AEPS Services
What is AEPS?
AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) is a bank-led model that allows online interoperable financial transactions at Point of Sale (PoS) and Micro ATMs through Aadhaar authentication. Customers can withdraw cash, check balance, and transfer money using just their Aadhaar number and biometric authentication.
What transactions can be performed through AEPS?

Do customers need a debit card for AEPS?
No, customers do not need a debit card for AEPS transactions. They only need their Aadhaar number and biometric authentication (fingerprint or iris scan).
What are the transaction limits for AEPS?

Domestic Money Transfer
What is Domestic Money Transfer?
Domestic Money Transfer (DMT) is a service that allows you to transfer money from one bank account to another within India. We support multiple transfer methods including IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, and UPI for instant and secure money transfers.
How long does a money transfer take?
Transfer time depends on the method chosen: IMPS transfers are instant (within seconds), NEFT transfers are processed in batches (usually within 2 hours), RTGS is real-time for high-value transfers, and UPI transfers are instant.

What is Aadhaar Pay?

Mini-ATM is a portable device for cash withdrawal using debit/credit cards. POS (Point of Sale) is a wired device for accepting card payments at your shop. WPOS (Wireless Point of Sale) is a wireless version of POS that offers mobility and flexibility.
How do I get Mini-ATM, POS, or WPOS devices?
You can get these devices through our partnership program. We provide branded, certified devices with comprehensive training and support. Contact our sales team to learn about device options and pricing.
What are the transaction fees for card payments?

How quickly are settlements processed?

What is Cash Management service?
Cash Management service allows you to collect loan installments from customers on behalf of micro-finance companies and other lenders. Customers can pay their loan installments at your shop instead of visiting branch offices.
Which lenders are supported?
We support various micro-finance companies and product finance companies. The list of supported lenders is available in your merchant dashboard. Contact our support team for the complete list.
How are loan installments processed?
Loan installments are processed in real-time. Once a customer makes a payment, it is immediately credited to the lender's account, and you receive confirmation along with commission.
What documents are required for Cash Management?
You need to complete KYC verification and provide business registration documents. Additional documentation may be required based on the lenders you wish to partner with.
Mobile Recharge
Which operators do you support for mobile recharge?
We support all major telecom operators in India including Airtel, Jio, Vodafone Idea, BSNL, and others. You can recharge prepaid, postpaid, DTH, and data cards.
How quickly is the recharge activated?
Prepaid recharges are typically activated instantly or within a few minutes. Postpaid bill payments are processed immediately and credited to your account.
What if my recharge fails?
If a recharge fails due to a technical error on our part, the amount will be refunded to your account within 5-7 business days. Please contact our support team with the transaction ID for assistance.
